Jay was attending Purdue University for Civil
Engineering and working MANY dead end jobs
when he started working for the company in 1998.
After 2 months he was promoted to a
management position and hasn't looked back
since. Jay has worked many positions before
landing at RTI. He was a nationally ranked
recruiter, crew leader, and owned his own
business for 7 years before returning to our
company to recruit and teach our top people. His
philosophy is to train the very best and to help
people be successful from the moment they walk
through the door. |
“ My wife was pregnant and working, It took me
over 4 months to find a job. Even with my military
experience, leadership skills, and college it was
rough trying to find something to ease the bills.
No one was hiring, except RTI. I went through
the interview process and I was just ecstatic and
eager to go make some money. At the end of my
first week I had made more than my wife did in
about a month. When I brought the check home
to my wife she looked at me with a smile. I told
her, ‘I think I’ll keep doing this.’ She told me, ‘I
know you will!’ Ever since that first week I knew
this was the job for me!” |
